Tapping units S-Former
With the S-Former E and S-Former Z, threads can be formed directly in the punching and bending process – efficiently and with maximum process reliability. Unlike cutting, the material is displaced, which increases thread strength. The systems enable short cycle times, are exceptionally durable, and reduce reworking: ideal when precision, stability, and efficiency are required.
Nitrogen systems
Nitrogen cylinders, composite systems, and high-performance manifold plates act as efficiency drivers in modern press shops. All solutions are produced entirely in-house, ensuring maximum precision, minimal maintenance, and long service life – delivering measurable added value in series production.
